It is important to note that omnipotence in this story is subjective, with each god possessing a unique paradox. Gods are meant to be beyond the plot, able to manipulate or even erase it as they see fit. They are without weaknesses, and there are no alternate versions of them. Instead, they are ranked, either near or at absolute power.
The hierarchy of all gods is known as the Omnipotent Hierarchy, which is briefly outlined in 0.1 Seconds. It consists of beings who are either near all-powerful or absolutely all-powerful. Omnipotent beings who are near all-powerful possess one or more weaknesses that limit their power or experiences. In contrast, absolutely all-powerful beings are beyond weaknesses and have no limits to their power or experiences. However, both absolute and near all-powerful beings cannot harm one another; they may temporarily restrict each other's powers, but this is short-lived. Regardless of their status, both categories of beings are unbound by logic, because logic, in itself, does not apply to them. Although gods are above the plot and have the ability to manipulate it, they still adhere to the story. The reason for this is unknown.
